Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a Solution Architect and Implementation Lead for remote engagements centered on Qualtrics. You will spearhead enterprise SaaS deployments, architect data integrations, and guide client-facing projects from design to go-live.

This role demands strong technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration. The position supports a 3-month engagement with potential extension, remote flexibility, and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex technical programs.
• BA / BS in Experience Design, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience (preferred)
• Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms in enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities

• Translate client business goals into scalable Qualtrics solutions.
• Lead enterprise SaaS deployments and integrations (Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
• Design survey architectures, data models, workflows, and embedded data logic.
• Configure Qualtrics platform: surveys, dashboards, distributions, automations.
• Build integrations via APIs and web services.
• Write custom scripts (JavaScript, Python).
• Consult with clients and manage stakeholders; communicate clearly.
• Ensure quality through testing and optimization.
