Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Irving, TX is seeking a Quality Technician I for a 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 9:00pm–5:30am). You will conduct organoleptic and analytical tests to ensure product standards, submit samples for microbiological testing, and approve batches for packaging, placing non-conforming products on hold for further analysis.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related QC experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organoleptic and analytical tests to ensure product standards.
• Submit samples for microbiological testing and record results.
• Approve batches for packaging and hold non-conforming product.
• Record SAP inventory movements.
• File and retain samples.
• Calibrate, clean, and maintain lab equipment.
• Prepare reagents, observe practices, and suggest improvements.
