Qualifications

• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and system requirements.
• Experience with QMS: CAPA, Change Control, Deviations, Non-Conformance, Document Control, Audit Management.
• Experience across end-to-end Supply Chain IT: planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, logistics, or distribution.
• Able to facilitate workshops and drive requirements alignment across teams.
• Experience supporting UAT and deployment activities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to define business requirements and solution strategies.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate business priorities into detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Support and optimize Quality Management Systems including CAPA, Change Control, Deviations, Non-Conformance, Document Control, and Audit Management.
• Evaluate business processes and identify automation, standardization, and digital transformation opportunities.
• Assess solution impacts, risks, integrations, and deployment readiness across enterprise platforms.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation activities, and change management initiatives.
