McKesson is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support strategy, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions across Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain operations. Qualifications

• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and system requirements.
• Experience supporting QMS modules (CAPA, Change Control, Deviations, NC, Document Control, Audit Management).
• Experience with end-to-end Supply Chain IT systems (planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, logistics).
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive requirements alignment across teams.
• Support UAT and deployment activities in validated environments.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT to define business requirements and solution strategies.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops, process mapping, and interviews.
• Translate priorities into detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Support and optimize QMS including CAPA, Change Control, Deviations, and Audit Management.
• Evaluate processes for automation, standardization, and digital transformation.
• Assess impacts, risks, and deployment readiness across enterprise platforms.
• Support UAT, validation activities, and change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver compliant, scalable technology solutions.
