Job summary

McKesson Corporation in the United States seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support strategy, implementation, and optimization of technology across Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain operations. This role partners with business and IT teams to translate complex needs into scalable system solutions that enhance compliance and efficiency.

You will lead requirements workshops, map processes, and guide UAT and validation efforts in a hybrid/remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and system requirements.
• Experience supporting Quality Management Systems (QMS), CAPA, Change Control, Deviations, Non-Conformance, Document Control, Audit Management.
• Experience with end-to-end Supply Chain IT systems across planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, logistics, or distribution.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive requirements alignment across teams.
• Experience supporting UAT and solution deployment activities.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to define business requirements and solution strategies.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate business priorities into detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Support and optimize Quality Management Systems (CAPA, Change Control, Deviations, Non-Conformance, Document Control, Audit Management).
• Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
• Assess solution impacts, risks, integrations, and deployment readiness across enterprise platforms.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation activities, and change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver compliant, scalable, and secure technology solutions.
