Job summary

McKesson seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive strategy, implementation, and optimization of technology across Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain operations. You will translate complex business needs into scalable system solutions that enhance compliance and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has QMS experience in GMP environments and will partner with business and IT teams to deliver compliant, secure solutions enabling enterprise digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and system requirements.
• Experience supporting QMS, including CAPA, Change Control, Deviations, Non-Conformance, Document Control, and Audit Management.
• Experience with end-to-end Supply Chain IT systems (planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, logistics).
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive requirements alignment.
• Experience supporting UAT and solution deployment activities.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements and solution strategies with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders.
• Lead requirements workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate priorities into detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Support and optimize QMS modules (CAPA, Change Control, Deviations, Non-Conformance, Document Control, Audit Management).
• Evaluate processes for automation, standardization, and digital transformation.
• Assess impacts, risks, integrations, and deployment readiness across enterprise platforms.
• Support UAT, validation activities, and change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver compliant, scalable, and secure technology solutions.
