Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Supply Chain & Transportation Systems Analyst - Level 3 to lead business analysis across our healthcare ecosystem. You will elicit, analyze, and document requirements, translate them into technical specs, and ensure solutions align with enterprise objectives and stakeholder needs.

You will collaborate with business partners, IT teams, and multiple stakeholders to drive efficient operations, deliver value, and support successful implementations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience supporting Transportation Management Systems (TMS) such as MercuryGate or Blue Yonder.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and system requirements.
• Experience leading stakeholder workshops, process mapping sessions, and requirements reviews.
• Experience supporting UAT, defect management, and solution validation.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from partners and stakeholders.
• Translate priorities into technical specifications and validate feasibility.
• Lead requirement workshops with user communities for solution design.
• Assess impacts and coordinate deployments to minimize disruption.
• Lead UAT and define test scenarios to ensure business needs are met.
• Develop user documentation to support adoption and compliance.
