McKesson seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support the strategy, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions across Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain operations. This role partners with business and technology teams to translate complex business needs into scalable system solutions that enhance compliance, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings expertise in QMS, GMP‑regulated environments, and end‑to‑end Supply Chain IT systems

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and system requirements.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), including CAPA, Change Control, Deviations, Non-Conformance, Document Control and Audit Management.
• Experience with end-to-end Supply Chain IT systems including planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, logistics or distribution.
• Facilitating stakeholder workshops and driving requirements alignment across teams.
• Supporting UAT and solution deployment activities.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements and solution strategies with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and IT stakeholders.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops, process mapping sessions and interviews.
• Translate business priorities into detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Support and optimize QMS modules: CAPA, Change Control, Deviations, Non-Conformance, Document Control and Audit Management.
• Evaluate processes for automation, standardization and digital transformation.
• Assess impacts, risks, integrations and deployment readiness across enterprise platforms.
• Support UAT, validation activities and change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver compliant, scalable and secure tech solutions.
