Job summary

Rutgers University-Camden in Camden, NJ seeks a Sr. Program Coordinator Supervisor to serve as the CCR&R Quality Manager, overseeing NJ DHS-funded quality initiatives and leading the Quality Team through reflective practices according to established standards.

You will mentor staff, apply tools like ERS and CLASS, and align programs with NJ Birth to Three and preschool standards. This is a grant-funded, full-time role with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in early childhood education or related field and at least five years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing a human services program.
• Meet NJCCIS registry criteria.
• Experience with observing tools (ERS, CLASS, etc.).
• Knowledge of NJ preschool standards and Birth to Three standards.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Bi-lingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the CCR&R Quality Manager and supervise all Quality Team members.
• Lead oversight of NJ DHS-funded quality initiatives and ensure program improvements.
• Apply reflective practices and quality improvement frameworks.
• Support staff and providers to enhance instructional quality across southern NJ.
