Job summary

Rutgers University-Camden seeks a Sr. Program Coordinator Supervisor to lead the CCR&R Quality Team and oversee NJ Department of Human Services-funded quality initiatives. The role emphasizes reflective practices, quality improvement, and staff development across southern NJ.

Minimum education requires a BA/BS in early childhood or related field with at least five years of relevant experience. Hybrid work arrangements may apply; salary is commensurate with qualifications and funding.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in early childhood education or related field or equivalent experience and five years in human services.
• Meet NJCCIS registry criteria and familiarity with NJ standards.
• Experience administering structured observation tools (ERS, CLASS, etc.).
• Strong written and interpersonal communication; ability to represent the Agency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CCR&R Quality initiatives and supervise the Quality Team.
• Coordinate nursing with NJ DHS grant funded programs and quality improvement.
• Apply knowledge of NJ standards and family engagement best practices.
• Communicate plans and policies clearly to staff and providers.
