Job summary

Plexus Corp. is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead strategic quality planning, development and compliance across the site’s Quality Management System.

You will drive quality engineering, regulatory alignment and supplier quality initiatives to ensure defect-free designs and products. The role requires guiding teams, deploying continuous improvement tools, and partnering with leadership to elevate quality performance, supplier relationships, and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quality performance monitoring and continuous improvement across the site.
• Lead Quality Management Representative functions for the site (Quality Engineering, Regulatory Compliance, Supplier Quality).
• Drive CAPA and lean sigma initiatives; lead CAPA performance and execution.
• Oversee audits and improvement cycles for external/internal site audits.
• Guide quality, supplier quality and QMS/regulatory teams to improve product quality and delivery.
