Job summary

Plexus Corp. is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to ensure products meet customer specs and industry standards. You will lead CAPA discussions, drive quality improvements, and collaborate with process/product engineers to address customer concerns.

You will mentor teams, develop inspection strategies, and support audits while maintaining QMS alignment with Plexus strategies. A strong background in manufacturing quality is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 4+ years of experience preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing and solve problems proactively.
• Experience with data analysis and problem-solving tools; ability to design experiments.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAPA development for repeat or systemic issues and ensure implementation.
• Serve as primary customer contact for quality-related issues, audits and inquiries.
• Lead creation of quality reports and assist in customer feedback documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to regional and site management and stakeholders.
• Support audits and maintenance of QMS and Certificates of Compliance.
