Job summary

Fireye, LLC is seeking a Quality Manufacturing Manager to lead and maintain quality assurance and control within our manufacturing operations. You will ensure products meet customer expectations and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will oversee the QMS, ISO compliance, audits, warranty and corrective actions, supplier quality and manufacturing quality performance, partnering with Operations,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems.
• Experience with warranty management and root cause investigation.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in ISO conformance.
• Lead ISO certification activities, audits, and corrective actions.
• Develop quality procedures, inspection standards, and process controls.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement to reduce defects.
• Manage supplier quality, supplier evaluations, and corrective actions.
• Provide leadership to quality personnel and cross-functional teams.
• Support customer quality reviews and site visits as needed.
