Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain QMS for Gardner Cryogenics and Rotoflow at Bethlehem facilities.
• Develop long-term quality strategy aligned with business goals.
• Drive KPI visibility and cross-functional quality improvements.
• Oversee internal and supplier quality audits and corrective actions.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for QA/QC staff.
