Job summary

Fireye, LLC is seeking a Quality Manufacturing Manager to lead and maintain the Quality Management System across manufacturing operations in Derry, NH. You will ensure products meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and internal standards while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5–7 years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and audits.
• Strong knowledge of QA processes and continuous improvement.
• Experience with warranty management and root cause investigations.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO standards.
• Lead ISO certification activities, audits, and corrective actions.
• Develop quality procedures, inspection standards, testing methods, and process controls.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement to reduce defects.
• Oversee QA/QC activities to ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Manage warranty claims and root cause investigations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain on quality issues.
• Manage supplier quality evaluations and corrective actions.
• Maintain calibration programs and quality documentation.
• Provide leadership and coaching to quality personnel.
