Job summary

Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience preferred.
• CQI or Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing (aerospace/defense/medical devices) preferred.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Knowledge of quality control methodologies and ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily quality inspection activities across production lines.
• Develop and maintain inspection procedures to detect defects early.
• Train and supervise inspection staff.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to address quality issues.
• Analyze inspection data to identify trends and root causes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ISO 9001.
• Participate in audits and drive continuous improvement.
