SPX Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead quality strategy, systems, and performance initiatives for the Cooling business.

You will ensure products and processes meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and operational goals while fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Sourcing, Service, and Commercial teams to improve customer satisfaction, reduce the Cost of

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years quality experience in manufacturing, including leading people or initiatives.
• Minimum 5 years leading quality teams in manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO-certified manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, auditing, RCA, CAPA, inspection, and supplier quality.
• CI tools such as value stream mapping, A3, 8D, or Six Sigma preferred.
• ASQ certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor quality teams across manufacturing, supplier quality, customer quality, and quality engineering.
• Establish a culture of ownership, prevention, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Develop, monitor, and report quality metrics including scrap, NCRs, and cost of quality.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions to improve quality.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and alignment with standards.
• Lead internal, external, and supplier audits and close audit findings.
• Standardize quality processes, metrics, and corrective-action systems across operations.
• Investigate customer quality concerns and communicate certification/inspection requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Support supplier quality through vendor ratings and supplier audits.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across quality systems and processes.
• Lead training activities related to quality.
