Job summary

SPX Cooling Technologies is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to lead customer-focused quality activities across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and service teams. You will review field issues, warranty data, and customer feedback to drive containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

This role requires strong collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure product quality throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, quality or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-focused quality activities to ensure products meet customer expectations, performance requirements, and reliability standards.
• Review field issues, warranty data, and customer feedback to drive containment, root cause, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and service teams to resolve quality concerns and support new product introductions.
