SPX Cooling Technologies in Kansas is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to drive the quality strategy and systems across the Cooling business. You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Service and Commercial teams to improve customer satisfaction and reduce the Cost of Quality.
The role leads internal and supplier audits, oversees QMS improvements, and ensures compliance with ISO 9001 and industry standards while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

The Senior Quality Manager is responsible for implementing the quality strategy, systems, and performance initiatives across the Cooling business. This role ensures products and processes consistently meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and operational objectives while driving a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
The Senior Quality Manager serves as a key leader partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Sourcing, Service, Project Management, and Commercial teams to improve customer satisfaction, reduce the Cost of Quality, strengthen supplier performance, and ensure robust quality planning throughout the product lifecycle.
