Job summary

SPX Cooling Technologies in Kansas is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to drive the quality strategy and systems across the Cooling business. You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Service and Commercial teams to improve customer satisfaction and reduce the Cost of Quality.

The role leads internal and supplier audits, oversees QMS improvements, and ensures compliance with ISO 9001 and industry standards while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality within manufacturing.
• 5+ years leading quality teams.
• Experience with ISO-certified manufacturing.
• Knowledge of audits and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality teams across manufacturing and quality engineering.
• Establish ownership, prevention and accountability culture.
• Drive quality metrics: scrap, nonconformance, complaints, returns.
• Lead audits and ensure closure of findings.
