Job summary

SPX Cooling Technologies is seeking a senior Quality Engineer to lead key customer-focused quality activities across the product lifecycle. You will review field issues, warranty data, and customer feedback to drive containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and service to resolve customer quality concerns, support new product introductions, and improve supplier and internal quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, quality or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead key customer-focused quality activities to meet expectations and reliability.
• Review field issues, warranty data, and customer feedback to drive containment and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify systemic issues and drive improvements.
• Work with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and service to resolve quality concerns.
• Lead root cause analysis and 8D to rectify issues in a timely manner.
• Improve quality systems, tools, and supplier and customer quality programs.
