Job summary

Spirax-Sarco Ltd. seeks a Sr. Quality Manager to lead the quality program in a manufacturing setting. You will implement robust QMS, drive continuous improvement, and mentor teams to meet customer and regulatory standards across multiple production lines.

Responsibilities include audits, CAPA, NCRs handling, supplier quality management, and collaboration with engineering and supply chain. A strong background in ISO 9001-2015 and ASME is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years in a quality management role within discrete manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a Quality team toward operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001-2015, Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and ITAR exposure.
• Proficiency with FMEA, 8D, A3, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA.
• Experience with ERP and QMS software systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with SPC software, CMM, MS Office, and MS Dynamics ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads Quality System Management activities and audits to ensure QMS effectiveness.
• Develops and maintains the QMS aligned with ISO 9001-2015 and ASME.
• Oversees quality assurance across production lines, including inspections and testing.
• Analyzes quality metrics and drives CAPA to reduce defects.
• Collaborates with engineering, production, and supply chain to resolve issues.
• Manages NCRs, customer complaints, and supplier quality management.
• Trains staff on quality procedures and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Prepares and presents quality performance reports to senior leadership.
