Overwatch Mission Critical in Abilene, TX seeks a seasoned Quality Program Manager to oversee QA/QC for hyperscale data-center construction. You will audit plans, verify field installations, and coordinate with the commissioning team to ensure safe, compliant delivery.

The role requires 7–10+ years in construction quality management, with 3–5 years in mission-critical environments; travel to sites may be required; the project environment is high-density, with strict safety and documentation

Formación

• 7–10+ years in construction quality management
• 3–5 years in Mission Critical or Hyperscale Data Center environments
• Demonstrated ability to audit QA/QC plans and manage NCR/RCA process

Responsabilidades

• Audit the GC's QA/QC Plan and approve the contractor's Quality Management Plan
• Perform field walks and pothole inspections to verify on-site reality
• Lead Root Cause Analysis for major issues and drive Zero-Punch outcomes
• Coordinate as a liaison between construction and Commissioning Agent; ensure documentation readiness
