Qualifications

• Experience in Footwear and/or Apparel industry highly preferred.
• Proficiency in process implementation and knowledge of quality metrics and testing methods.
• Demonstrated analytical and mathematical skills with ability to analyze data for improvements.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of quality programs for Timberland.
• Partner with Product Development to establish and maintain quality standards and procedures.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all bulk production quality issues.
• Lead data-driven quality improvements using metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with sourcing, development, and global quality teams to resolve issues quickly.
