Job summary

Timberland, part of VF Corporation, seeks a Sr. Manager of Quality Management to lead global quality programs for Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories. You will partner with sourcing offices, product development, and cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality issues rapidly.

You will own end-to-end quality initiatives, develop KPIs, and drive improvements across the supply chain. Travel up to 20% is required; hybrid role at Timberland HQ in Stratham, NH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience in Quality, Product Development, and/or Manufacturing.
• Experience in footwear and/or apparel industry preferred.
• Proficiency in implementing processes and quality metrics/testing methods.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with an aptitude for systematic work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality programs for Timberland and develop metrics to identify trends.
• Partner with Product Development to establish and maintain quality standards.
• Serve as the first point of contact for bulk production quality issues across regions.
• Facilitate reviews of returns data with Brands, Customer Service and Warranty teams.
• Lead risk-based NPI programs and monitor launches end-to-end.
