Job summary

Timberland is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A - Wholesale Americas to lead financial planning and analysis for Timberland's wholesale business across the Americas. This role partners with the Wholesale leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into financial outcomes and drive profitable growth.

You will own the planning cycle, provide actionable insights, and lead a high-performing team while upholding internal controls and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A, Commercial Finance, or business-facing finance leadership roles.
• Proven track record partnering with senior business leaders to drive decision-making and deliver financial results.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Wholesale Americas strategic plan, annual operating plan, monthly forecasts, and in-season business updates.
• Own the end-to-end financial performance review for the Wholesale business, including revenue, gross margin, SG&A, operating income, working capital and cash flow.
• Deliver timely analysis of performance, identify drivers, risks, and opportunities to improve financial outcomes.
• Lead regional in-season forecasting and collaborate with Commercial, Merchandising, Demand Planning, Operations, and Brand teams.
