Timberland, a VF company, is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A - Wholesale Americas to lead the financial planning and analysis for the Wholesale Americas region. You will partner with the leadership team to translate strategy into financial outcomes, drive profitability, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to the Americas Wholesale leadership team, providing financial guidance and strategic insight to support business decisions and drive profitable growth.
• Lead the Wholesale Americas strategic plan, annual operating plan, monthly forecasts, and in-season business updates.
• Own the end-to-end financial performance review process for the Wholesale business, including revenue, gross margin, SG&A, operating income, working capital, and cash flow.
• Deliver timely and insightful analysis of business performance, identifying key drivers, emerging risks, and opportunities to improve financial outcomes.
• Drive accountability through business reviews and performance management processes, ensuring financial commitments and business objectives remain aligned.
• Lead the regional in-season forecasting process, providing clear visibility into demand trends, customer performance, financial outlook, and key business assumptions.
