Job summary

Prysmian McKinney Plant is seeking a senior Quality Manager to lead the quality team and own the North America Low Volt building wire quality program. You will ensure product conformance, guide audits, and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

As part of the McKinney Management Team, you will interact with customers and North America HQ, maintain the QMS, and promote a strong quality culture from floor to leadership. A technical degree and manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience; engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing in a manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of quality technicians with coaching and performance management.
• Ensure all products conform to Prysmian specifications and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement quality control standards, processes, and controls.
• Direct the implementation and maintenance of the Quality System (ISO 9001).
• Lead quality audits and drive continuous improvement with action verification.
• Lead product audits to ensure compliance with designs, specs, tests, and customer expectations.
• Review plans for inspection, testing, sampling, and training; approve methods.
• Evaluate production capabilities via quality KPIs and drive corrective actions.
