Job summary

Prysmian Sedalia is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and develop a team responsible for low voltage building wire quality. You will ensure conformance to specifications, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement at the plant while interacting with customers and North America HQ to align on quality goals.

The role requires a technical bachelor's degree and 5+ years in manufacturing quality leadership, with Six Sigma or ASQ credentials considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing in a manufacturing facility.
• Six Sigma or ASQ certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of quality technicians with coaching and performance management.
• Ensure products conform to Prysmian specifications and customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain quality control standards, processes, and the QMS.
• Lead quality audits and drive continuous improvement across Sedalia.
• Interact with customers and NA HQ to communicate quality matters.
