Job summary

Prysmian McKinney Plant is seeking a senior Quality Manager to lead the quality team for Low Voltage building wire products in North America. You will drive quality system compliance, audits, and continuous improvement across production lines, ensuring product conformance to specifications and customer expectations.

As part of the plant management team, you will collaborate with customers, North America HQ, and cross-functional peers to promote quality culture and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience managing in a manufacturing facility.
• Strong preference for candidates with mechanical engineering and/or metallurgy background.
• Wire and cable experience a plus.
• Six Sigma certification a plus.
• ASQ Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a team of quality technicians, providing coaching and performance management.
• Assuring that all products conform to specifications and customer quality levels.
• Developing and implementing quality control standards, processes, and controls.
• Directing the implementation and maintenance of the Quality System (ISO 9001).
• Leading quality process audits and driving continuous improvement and corrective actions.
• Interacting with customers and North America HQ on quality matters.
