Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Product Quality Manager to own end-to-end quality for Air Circuit Breakers (ACB) across the region, reporting to Corporate Quality Engineering from Fort Worth, TX. You will lead investigations, drive corrective actions, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

You will champion data-driven improvements, coordinate with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, and Project Management, and partner with Dallas plant quality to align design intent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or advanced degree) required.
• Technical understanding of electrical power systems and power distribution/circuit protection products is expected.
• 8+ years in engineering and quality with a proven track record in quality management or quality engineering.
• Strong auditing skills and solid knowledge of manufacturing practices.
• Sharp analytical skills and excellent problem-solving ability.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with integrity and innovation.
• A high-energy, collaborative style across departments and cultures is preferred.
• The composure to manage challenging situations calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality for Air Circuit Breakers (ACB) across the region, spanning design, manufacturing and field.
• Be the customer's trusted point of contact, informing customers at every step.
• Lead cross-functional investigations into customer complaints and drive root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Own field escalations end-to-end including containment, failure analysis and preventive actions.
• Champion product safety and ensure compliance with standards, regulations and internal quality requirements.
• Lead product quality resolution by evaluating solutions and implementing long-term corrective actions with manufacturing.
