Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
8+ years in product development, engineering, or technical leadership within electromechanical products.
Experience leading engineering teams and complex lifecycle projects in cross-functional env.
Knowledge of UL 489 and related standards for circuit breakers and protective devices.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a high-performing engineering team focused on MCB/MCCB products.
Foster safety, ownership, collaboration, technical rigor, and continuous learning.
Own technical execution across the product lifecycle including development, testing, validation and certification.
Manage R&D project portfolios, resources, priorities, budgets, and reporting to leadership.
Drive design cost reduction, testing improvements, and faster execution while ensuring compliance.
