Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Engineering Manager in Peachtree Corners, GA to lead our MCB/MCCB program for North American customers. You will guide a dedicated team, drive innovation, and ensure safety, reliability and compliance across the product lifecycle.

The role requires 8+ years of electromechanical leadership, UL 489 familiarity, and PLM/CAD proficiency. Domestic/international travel up to 10% and collaboration with Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years leading engineering teams and complex projects.
• Working knowledge of UL 489 and related standards.
• Experience with PLM systems and engineering change control.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team focused on miniature circuit breakers (MCB) and molded case circuit breakers (MCCB).
• Foster a culture of safety, ownership, collaboration, technical rigor, and continuous learning across the team.
• Own technical execution across the entire product lifecycle including development, design changes, testing, validation and certification.
• Manage the portfolio of R&D projects, resources, priorities, budgets, and communicate with leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in design, cost, testing, validation, and speed of execution.
• Ensure products and engineering decisions comply with UL 489 and other applicable standards.
