You will own end-to-end quality across design, manufacture, and field, acting as the single point of accountability and partnering with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, and Project Management.

You will lead investigations, drive corrective actions, ensure product safety, and align regional execution with global quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher.
• Technical understanding of electrical power systems and power distribution/circuit protection products.
• 8+ years in engineering and quality with a track record in quality management or quality engineering.
• Strong auditing skills and solid knowledge of manufacturing practices.
• Sharp analytical skills and excellent problem-solving ability.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with integrity and innovation.
• High-energy, collaborative style across departments and cultures.
• Composure to manage challenging situations calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality for Air Circuit Breakers (ACB) across the region and serve as the single point of accountability.
• Be the customer's trusted point of contact and keep customers informed at every step.
• Lead cross-functional investigations into customer complaints and drive root-cause corrective actions.
• Own field escalations end-to-end including containment and remediation.
• Champion product safety and ensure compliance with standards and internal requirements.
• Lead quality resolution and implement long-term corrective actions with manufacturing.
• Turn data into action by monitoring KPIs and feedback from customers.
• Drive continuous improvement and share lessons across the factory network.
• Shape new products by engaging in early development and risk-based quality planning.
• Bridge origin factory, European R&D, and Dallas facility to align design intent and execution.
• Partner with Dallas plant quality group to complement on-the-ground execution.
• Enforce change management and assess quality impact before design or process changes.
