Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years leading a manufacturing team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with High School diploma/GED.
• Strong leadership, time management and performance coaching.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the In Process Quality Control Team; assigning tasks, providing mentorship, training, and ensuring that work is completed efficiently, on time, and performed in compliance with safety protocols, company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Testing and inspecting Low Voltage Switchgear and Switchboards to applicable standards (i.e. UL1558, UL891, IEEE, etc)
• Use multi meter and electrical theory to verify power readings and circuit design to ensure proper wiring and operation.
• Use Hipot, test card, hand tools, specialized software (i.e. Siemens WinPM, Step 7, MicroWin, WinCC Flexible, SAP, etc.) and various other tools to aid in testing and inspecting.
• Perform inspection/audit of mechanical and electrical assemblies.
• Maintain and input records or reports related to testing/inspecting activities.
