Job summary

Siemens Mobility in the United States seeks a Product Quality Manager to own end-to-end quality for Air Circuit Breakers (ACB) across the region, reporting to Corporate Quality Engineering and collaborating with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing and Project Management.

This senior role leads nonconformance investigations, drives corrective action, and champions continuous improvement across the ACB lifecycle to protect customers and strengthen Siemens credibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or advanced degree.
• Technical understanding of electrical power systems and circuit protection products.
• 8+ years in engineering and quality with a proven track record in quality management/quality engineering.
• Strong auditing skills and knowledge of manufacturing practices.
• Sharp analytical skills and excellent problem-solving ability.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with integrity and innovation.
• Collaborative, high-energy style across departments and cultures.
• Ability to remain composed in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality for Air Circuit Breakers (ACB) across the region.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for ACB quality across design, manufacturing, and field.
• Lead cross-functional investigations into customer complaints and drive root-cause analysis.
• Own field escalations end-to-end including containment and corrective actions.
• Champion product safety and ensure compliance with standards and internal requirements.
• Turn data into action by monitoring KPIs and customer feedback.
