Job summary

Siemens Smart Infrastructure, Electrical Products North America is seeking a Product Quality Manager to own end-to-end quality for Air Circuit Breaker products across the region. The role reports to Corporate Quality Engineering and partners with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, and Project Management, including the Dallas and Fort Worth facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or advanced degree.
• Technical understanding of electrical power systems and power distribution/circuit protection products.
• 8+ years in engineering and quality with a proven track record in quality management or quality engineering.
• Strong auditing skills and solid knowledge of manufacturing practices.
• Sharp analytical skills and excellent problem-solving ability.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with commitment to excellence, integrity, and innovation.
• A high-energy, collaborative style that works across departments and cultures.
• The composure to manage challenging situations calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality for Air Circuit Breakers (ACB) across the region, spanning design, manufacturing, and field.
• Be the customer's trusted point of contact and inform customers confidently at every step.
• Lead cross-functional investigations into customer complaints and drive corrective actions that stick.
• Own field escalations end-to-end including containment, failure analysis, and action plans.
• Champion product safety with compliance to standards, regulations and internal quality requirements.
• Turn data into action by monitoring KPIs and production feedback, opening actions with stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and share lessons across the factory network as a senior quality voice.
• Shape new products from day one with risk-based quality planning and DFMEA/PFMEA.
