Mortenson is seeking an experienced Quality Manager in the Power Delivery Group to lead, document, monitor, and analyze the quality system on multiple projects. You will drive corrective and preventive actions and foster a high-performance quality culture.

You will develop metrics, guide training, and collaborate with design, engineering, and field teams to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry standards while supporting ongoing project success across utilities and renewable energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science/engineering field or related discipline.
• 3+ years building and maintaining quality systems in design/construction/energy sectors.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000, Lean, Kaizen, Baldrige and related quality frameworks.
• Ability to travel up to 100% and coordinate with diverse teams.
• Current driver's license and willingness to travel between projects.
