Hubbell Incorporated seeks a Lead Quality Manager to oversee the Lincoln facility's Quality Management System and act as the functional quality leader for four NH sites. You will guide quality compliance, audits, and improvement initiatives to reduce risk and defects while aligning with Hubbell Manufacturing System standards.

Travel up to 35% and leadership of a growing Quality team across Lincoln, Littleton, Manchester, and Londonderry will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Seven years of progressive quality experience, including 3 years leading quality functions in ISO 9001 manufacturing.
• Ability to lead site quality operations across multiple NH locations.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, root cause analysis, corrective action, risk assessment, internal auditing, supplier quality, SPC, calibration, inspection systems, and QMS documentation.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, specs into inspection and process controls.
• Experience with UL, CSA, NUPIC, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, lean, SAP QM, Power BI, or ASQ cert preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, data analysis, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead Lincoln Quality organization and maintain procedures, records, quality objectives, and inspection systems.
• Establish standardized quality systems, metrics, and performance reviews across NH sites.
• Support Hubbell Manufacturing System by leading quality compliance and corrective actions.
• Prepare for and lead audits; ensure findings are addressed with timely actions.
• Drive containment and root-cause analysis for quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Manage customer complaints, warranty, supplier quality, and quality risk assessments.
• Review Engineering Change Notifications to ensure proper flow-down of changes.
• Develop and maintain NPD and product transfer quality plans before production release.
• Ensure CTQ and inspection plans are defined for parts and families.
• Analyze quality data, Pareto, customer PPM, nonconformances, and corrective action effectiveness.
• Lead and develop the Quality team through coaching, performance management, and career development.
