Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Manager I Quality to supervise all QA technicians at plant locations and drive quality initiatives across operations. You will coordinate priorities, oversee training, support engineering and production teams, and lead audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 6-10 years of experience, and at least 6 years in leadership, with strong data analytics and statistical tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department priorities across plant locations.
• Oversee training and cross-training of QA staff.
• Provide support to manufacturing engineers, operators, supervisors and planners.
• Perform plant audits and write work instructions for new equipment.
• Collaborate with vendors for calibration and qualification discussions.
• Lead project management initiatives and coordinate reviews with plant managers.
