Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks a Quality Team Lead to oversee daily quality activities and ensure QMS compliance on the manufacturing floor. You will help shape quality standards, develop performance metrics, and coordinate internal and external audits with suppliers and customers.

The role involves creating and maintaining documentation, training team members, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing and engineering partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Interpret and implement industrial safety standards.
• Ability to use test equipment.
• Proficient with computers and MS software.
• Willingness to work in various environments and overtime.
• Adequate visual acuity with or without corrective lenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily quality tasks to assure QMS compliance.
• Develop performance measurements and reporting for quality metrics.
• Coordinate internal audits and external audits (customer/UL/CSA/ETL/ISO).
• Maintain QMS documentation and records management.
• Train inspectors and technicians; maintain team competency.
• Monitor inspections and audits for accuracy and completeness.
