Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Lincoln, NH is seeking a Lead Quality Manager to oversee the Quality Management System for the Lincoln facility and to serve as the functional quality leader for New Hampshire operations. You will drive alignment, standardization, and performance improvement across four sites while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, UL, CSA, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Science, Business, Industrial Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum seven years of progressive quality experience, including at least three years leading quality functions in an ISO 9001-certified manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading site quality operations and influence across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Lincoln Quality organization and maintain procedures, records, quality objectives, inspection systems, and nonconforming material disposition.
• Establish standardized quality systems, metrics, and performance reviews across four NH sites.
• Support Hubbell Manufacturing System by leading Quality compliance and corrective actions.
• Prepare for and lead audits; ensure timely corrective and preventative actions.
• Drive containment, root cause analysis, and recurrence prevention for quality issues.
• Manage customer complaints, warranty performance, supplier quality issues, and QA processes.
• Review Engineering Change Notifications to ensure changes flow into drawings and plans.
• Develop and maintain NPD and product transfer quality plans for launch readiness.
