Hubbell Incorporated in Lincoln, New Hampshire seeks a Lead Quality Manager to ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and to serve as the functional quality leader for NH operations. You will drive standardization, metric-driven performance, and sustained quality improvements across four NH sites, including audits and supplier quality management.

The Lead Quality Manager is responsible for the effectiveness of the Quality Management System for the Lincoln facility while serving as the functional quality leader for BURNDY New Hampshire Operations. This dual role provides direct leadership for Lincoln Quality and leads alignment, standardization, performance improvement, and talent development across Littleton, Manchester, and Londonderry. The role ensures compliance with ISO 9001, UL, CSA, NUPIC, customer, regulatory, and company requirements while partnering cross-functionally to reduce risk, prevent defects, improve customer satisfaction, and advance operational excellence.
Primary location: Lincoln, New Hampshire. Role scope: Quality Manager for Lincoln and functional quality lead for three additional New Hampshire sites. Travel: periodic business travel, up to 35%.
