Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 9+ years quality experience; graduate degree optional with 7+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, 13+ years related quality experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Integrators across multiple programs to ensure compliance with customer, contractual, and regulatory quality requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, manage budgets, and coordinate with customer and government representatives.
• Mentor and coach team members to develop organizational depth and a culture of accountability and technical excellence.
