Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 6+ years in Quality Engineering.
• Graduate degree with at least 4 years in Quality Engineering, or 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 6 years auditing quality systems (Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor).
• 6+ years experience with 8D, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Understand risk management as part of QMS.
• Maintain internal audit management system for AS9100D.
• Lead audit/inspection prep for AS9100D and ISO17025.
• Develop corrective action plans with auditors.
• Develop and maintain Quality PowerBI dashboards.
• Understand software development lifecycle and test lifecycle.
• Interpret requirements and interface documentation.
• Promote continuous improvement and cross-functional teamwork.
