Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Columbus Engine Center seeks a Sr. Quality Manager to lead quality teams across inspection, CMM, NDT, and related processes.

You will implement root-cause actions, drive Lean improvements, and ensure QMS adherence while partnering with MECOE operations to reduce waste and raise product quality. The role requires strong experience in AS9100/AS9110, problem solving, and leadership across multi-site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in quality/manufacturing/operations or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years in same.
• Experience leading product or process non-conformance investigations (DIVEs).
• Root Cause and Corrective Action experience.
• Experience with AS9100/AS9110 standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality teams for F100 and F117 BX and CX inspection, CMM, NDT, Bearings and Seals.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
• Drive Lean process improvements to enhance quality.
• Ensure compliance with QMS and Quality Cardinal Rules.
• Coordinate with MECOE operational functions to reduce waste and improve delivery.
• Manage risk using PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow and Control Plans.
