Unknown Client is seeking an experienced Quality Lead to oversee enterprise-wide QA and testing for a 30+-project program. This fully remote, 12-month contract role focuses on strategy, standards, and governance across IT and business teams.

The role requires 10+ years in QA leadership, strong SDLC knowledge, and proven enterprise delivery experience. Pacific Time hours, potential overtime, and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading QA/testing for complex IT programs.
• View enterprise project delivery leadership experience.
• Experience managing QA and project leadership together.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy for a 30+ project enterprise program.
• Develop and align testing standards and metrics across teams.
• Coordinate testing across dev, QA, PM, and business units.
• Partner with stakeholders to validate business requirements and specs.
• Establish testing entry/exit criteria and governance processes.
• Oversee defect management and remediation prioritization.
• Monitor progress, risks, and quality metrics; raise concerns.
• Support go/no-go decisions with testing readiness insights.
