Job summary

Jobgether’s partner seeks an experienced Quality Management Consultant based in the United States to lead QA and testing initiatives across enterprise IT projects, with a focus on pharmacy-related programs. You will oversee automation engineers and shape quality strategies in a healthcare technology environment.

This fully remote role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with Selenium and Jira, plus DevOps workflows.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management, QA, software testing, or related IT disciplines.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualifications.
Demonstrated experience leading QA teams, automation engineers, or large-scale testing initiatives.
Hands-on experience with Selenium or other automation testing frameworks.
Strong working knowledge of Jira and DevOps environments and their use in testing and delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of automation engineers responsible for testing pharmacy-related IT projects and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive quality management and testing strategies for large-scale IT programs.
Support the design, development, and continuous improvement of quality management services, methodologies, and infrastructure.
Establish and direct testing frameworks, processes, and standards to support enterprise-wide QA objectives.
Leverage automation testing technologies to improve testing efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, business stakeholders, and executives to define quality objectives and ensure delivery.
