Everforth Apex is seeking a seasoned Quality Lead to drive QA excellence across a broad program of more than 30 interconnected projects. You will lead testing strategy, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business and technical objectives.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in QA leadership, understands SDLC and defect management, and can operate in a regulated industry.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading QA and testing on complex IT projects.
• Proven track record managing QA and project leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services.
• Familiarity with SDLC, testing types, defect management and version control.

Responsibilities

• Bridge IT and business by translating risks into business impacts.
• Collaborate with UAT Leads for clear entry/exit criteria.
• Orchestrate QA/testing components across multi-disciplinary projects.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and metrics across teams.
• Manage defect lifecycles from identification to resolution.
• Escalate risks through governance channels when needed.
