You will lead cross-functional quality programs, collaborate with clinical and operational leaders, and influence outcomes at a campus or system level.

The role emphasizes designing, implementing, and sustaining prioritized quality goals while guiding teams through change management within a patient‑focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a clinical healthcare field.
• Initial certification such as CPHQ, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma or related quality certification.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience; if degree is in an unrelated field, add 5 years of industry experience.
• Experience interpreting regulatory standards, clinical guidelines, national quality metrics and health services research.
• Expert work experience in quality management, patient safety, systems thinking and change management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate quality improvement programs to standardize care delivery.
• Lead design, implementation and sustainment of prioritized quality goals across campus or health system.
• Collaborate with operational and clinical leadership to advance the quality management system.
• Mentor teams and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
